The popular Helpline (open weekdays from 9.00am until 5.00pm) offers garage technicians a wealth of knowledge and experience in fault diagnosis and advice on the appropriate Forté treatment.

The Technical Helpline team have at their fingertips a database listing hundreds of contamination-related vehicle running problems and Forté treatment fixes that cover virtually every make and model of vehicle.

If a technician has a problem car he cannot cure and seeks advice, he knows that he can call the Helpline or a Forté Authorised Service Centre can log onto the Technical Suite and receive an answer and recommended course of action.
