Garages are an essential business, especially required to keep our key workers moving safely and our emergency service vehicles ready when needed.

Whilst a vehicle may for the time being now be used on the road without a valid MOT, the owner of the vehicle still has a duty to the insurer, pedestrians and other road users to ensure that the vehicle is maintained and roadworthy.
