To assist garages in making their customers aware of the great value for money they have received, Forté have introduced a new Value for Money Servicing programme.
At the heart of the programme is the Industry Standard Service report, a copy of which is given to the customer on collection of their vehicle.
The fifty point service report enables garages to:
- Service to a recognised standard
- Detail necessary additional work required
- Communicate to the car owner what great value for money they have received
- Show customers the difference between oil changes and services
