| VAUXHALL - Zafira 1900 CDTi 2008 103k - Lack of power, engine management light on and glow plug light flashing. Fault code stored for diesel particulate filter fault, suspect particulate filter blocked. Extended road test carried out to allow regeneration of particulate filter, fault not cured. The fault was cured by adding DPF Cleaner & Regenerator into the fuel tank and carrying out a 20 mile road test at 60-70 mph. The engine oil was also excessively overfilled due to contamination from diesel fuel and the car was also treated using Clean & Protect to clean and maintain the oil system. |

| VAUXHALL - Zafira 1.9L CDTi 2007 61K - Diesel Particulate Filter warning light on, suspect particulate filter blocked. DPF checked on diagnostic machine showing filter blockage 152%. The fault was cured by adding DPF Cleaner and Regenerator into the fuel tank and carrying out an 8 mile road test, after the road test the DPF filter showed the filter blockage at 4%. The car was also treated using Clean and Protect to clean and maintain the oil system and Advanced Formula Diesel Treatment added to the fuel tank to clean and lubricate the fuel system.

| VOLKSWAGEN - Touran 1900 TDi 2005 - Oil cooler failure, oil mixed with coolant resulting in excessive sludge build up in the cooling system. Replace oil cooler. Add Bio Degreaser at 20% by volume (one bottle per 2 litres of coolant) and run the vehicle up to temperature. Raise engine speed to 1500-1800 rpm for 25 minutes. Drain the cooling system and flush with clean water. |
